Refund Policy:
All registration fees are non-refundable. However, if you must cancel your participation for any reason, you may transfer your registration to another rider. Please contact us directly via email or our contact page to facilitate the transfer.
Cancellation and Waitlist Policy:
If you need to cancel and are unable to find a replacement rider yourself, please notify us as soon as possible. If we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist, we will provide a refund for your registration fee.
How to Request a Transfer or Cancellation:
To request a transfer or notify us of a cancellation, please email us at chandler@wasatchmountianriders.com with your registration details and the name and contact information of the rider who will be taking your place, if applicable.
