4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by customers must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for refunds.
- If Wasatch Mountain Riders cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Wasatch Mountain Riders, its owners, employees, and representatives will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident incurred during participation.
